King Charles, 77, visited Newcastle in County Down beneath Slieve Donard — his first royal visit to the town — where he helped volunteers at the Pantry Foodbank at Donard Methodist Church, packed a parcel and was given a jar of honey and local wheaten bread to sample.
Earlier in Belfast the couple joined folk music celebrations, tried bodhrán drumming and were served whiskey by Titanic distillers, part of a trip that follows their late-April U.S. tour and other recent U.K. engagements such as garden parties and the Chelsea Flower Show.
