On her Instagram Stories Meghan posted a handwritten card from a British Airways crew, dated May 18 and marked "BA 269," that wished Harry and Meghan a happy wedding anniversary. A source close to the Duchess told PEOPLE the crew approached her after the Geneva flight, shared memories of where they were on the wedding day and left signatures, a bottle of champagne and British candies — with treats for their children, Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 4. Meghan tagged British Airways and publicly thanked the team, saying she was deeply touched.
