The Grade II-listed, eight-bedroom Georgian mansion sits on the Windsor Estate less than five miles from Windsor Castle. The Crown Estate says the lease was set at an "open market rent" after valuation by two independent experts.

A New Chapter

PEOPLE reports Forest Lodge is being treated as the family’s "forever home" as William and Kate settle in with their three children. The move followed difficult years for the family, including the 2024 cancer diagnoses of both the Princess of Wales and King Charles; Kate entered remission in January 2025 while the King’s treatment continues.
