Rent Revealed

The Times says the couple’s lease lists an annual rent of $411,435, with documents filed May 14 naming both the Prince and Princess of Wales as leaseholders. Their agreement, signed in July 2025, lasts 20 years and covers the main house plus two cottages used by staff.

How It Compares

That figure is roughly $120,000 more than the prior tenant paid. Event planner Alexander Fitzgibbons and businesswoman Cristina Stenbeck had begun a tenancy in 2019 at about $289,316 a year, the report notes.
